Fujitsu Lifebook T2010 Tablet PC coming to U.S. soon

in: Uncategorized

Fujitsu Lifebook T2010 ultralight convertible notebook/tablet PC, that was spotted in the beginning of July, has been approved by FCC on Friday.

And together with the approval come the live photos and users manual of Fujitsu T2010, from which we were able to glean some specs for this ultraportable tablet.

Fujitsu Lifebook T2010 Tablet PC will come equipped with:

  • Intel Core 2 Duo ULV processors - 1.06 GHz U7500 or 1.20 GHz U7600
  • Intel GM 965 chipset
  • up to 4GB (2GBx 2) DDR2-533 MHz SDRAM
  • 12.1″ Crystal View WXGA 1280×800, 16M color display
  • Intel GMA X1300 graphics with 384 MB shared video memory
  • 60-120 GB 5400 rpm SATA HDD
  • Wi-Fi AGN or ABG
  • Bluetooth
  • Gigabit Ethernet
  • Standard Li-ion 6 cell 5800 mAh or high capacity 9 cell 8700 mAh battery
  • Dimensions: 11.69″ (297mm) W x 8.62″ (219mm) D x 1.34″ (34mm) H
  • Weight: from 3.31 lbs (1.5 kg)

To be this sleek and light, Fujitsu Lifebook T2010 had to make some sacrifices in the design, so we will have to settle with the external DVD drive.

But by making some design compromises Fujitsu T2010 tablet was able to shed full pound, compared with it’s bigger Lifebook T4220 sister and is among sleekest and lightest Tablet PCs around.

Looks like with Lifebook T2010 Tablet PC, Lenovo X61 and HP 2710p will get another serious competitor soon.
