Today Dell has officially launched 3 new systems - Dell Inspirion E1505n notebook, Dell Dimension E520n and XPS 410n desktops - with Ubuntu Linux preinstalled.

Dell Inspirion E1505n notebook will start at $599 and feature:
- Intel T2080 1.73 MHz Dual Core Pentium CPU
- 15.4″ WXGA Display
- 512 MB of RAM
- 80 GB HDD
- CDRW/DVD ROM
- Intel GMA 950 Graphics
- Intel PRO Wireless
Dell Dimension E520n desktop costs from $599 and comes with:
- Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 CPU
- 17″ flat panel display
- 1 GB of Shared Memory
- 250 GB HDD
- CDRW/DVD ROM
- 256MB nVidia GeForce 7300 LE Graphics
- 10/100 Ethernet
Starting from $849 Dell XPS 410n will have:
- Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 CPU
- 19″ flat panel display
- 1 GB of Shared Memory
- 250 GB HDD
- DVD+-/RW
- 256MB nVidia GeForce 7300 LE Graphics
- 10/100 Ethernet
Not too much power in each of these machines, but multiple Core 2 Duo, memory, HDD and other upgrade options should be available here.
